With the many activities and dinners usually associated with APIA Conventions time was at a premium, but the Young Pipeliners made the most of the opportunity provided by the YPF Drinks, held prior to the Opening Dinner.
Held at Plus 5 Bar on the banks of the Yarra River in South Melbourne, the Young Pipeliners took the opportunity to make new contacts and catch up with friends.
The Young Pipeliners Forum also had a stand set up in the exhibition hall and enabled many who hadn’t heard of the YPF, particularly international guests, to witness the great work done by the Forum in attracting young people to the pipeline, oil and gas industries.
