The first appointment is Paul Premerl as head of Valmec’s Oil and Gas Construction division, based out of Brisbane.
Will Telfer has been appointed as head of the Infrastructure and Utilities, based in Perth.
Both Mr Premerl and Mr Telfer have experience as Operations Managers, and have had long careers in engineering services, specialising in the gas and infrastructure sector.
The appointments allow Vince Goss to assume a Non-Executive Director role from 1 June.
Mr Goss’s current Executive Director role with Valmec has included leadership of its project delivery operations since its inception.
“With the current expansion of Valmec’s operations and diversified project opportunities throughout Australia, these recent appointments will enable Vincent to provide guidance on strategic and project systems development rather than focusing on day to day operational requirements,” said Valmec Chairman Stephen Zurhaar.
