Despite working in closer quarters than normal on major pipeline projects, workers employed a Vacuworx AMC 6 vacuum lifter for a gas realignment project in Australia’s capital city.
Used on site with a 22 t excavator, the AMC 6 has a self-contained design and is hydraulically powered, allowing for a reduction in fuel costs, emissions and noise, making it ideal for a suburban setting.

The AMC series is suitable for steel, poly or concrete pipe, as well as flat plate and concrete slabs, and can be mounted on a wide variety of host machines.
Vacuworx Australia manufactures, sells, leases, rents and services vacuum lifting systems for the energy, construction, infrastructure and utility industries.
