In 2005, a record number of stands – 60 – were occupied by 48 different exhibitors, clearly demonstrating the fact that previous Conventions have shown just how valuable a stand at the Exhibition can be.
Delegates were able to visit the stands on display from Sunday through to Tuesday and the amount of traffic passing through the various stands during the lunch, morning and afternoon tea breaks is a testament to the popularity of this aspect of the Convention.
It seems that every year the stands on display are getting bigger and better with more inventive ways to draw delegates in, so it will be interesting to see what companies come up with at Alice Springs in 2006.
Agility Management wins best stand
The “˜Best Stand’ award for 2005 went to Agility Management. As you can see, the stand had a relaxed atmosphere and provided delegates with a comfortable space to catch up with members of the Agility team and other colleagues. Delegates were well looked after at the stand which, aside from those comfy couches, also featured a professional coffee machine – particularly handy for those delegates who needed an early morning kick-start to get the day going!
