Inductabend Pty Ltd

Inductabend has provided a resident specialist hot induction pipe bending, forming and heating service to the pipeline and construction industry for more than 25 years. Available machines include two CNC Cojafex induction bending machines with capacity up to 900 mm diameter pipe.

CRC Evans PB 38 to 48 inch (960 to 1,210 mm) and Darby HPB 6 to 20 inch (150 to 500 mm) cold field pipe bending machines are also available.

Pipe materials that can be hot induction bent include: all grades of carbon steel (including high X grades), alloy steels, all grades of stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, chrome-nickel and titanium pipe as well as cladded pipe; simple planar bends as well as complex spools can also be formed.

Post bend heat treatment services are available, including normalising, annealing, stress relieve, quench and temper. Pipe coat peeling and surface garnet grit blast cleaning/stripping as well as coating services are also available.
