Set to take place from 11-15 April 2016 in Perth, the triennial event, otherwise known as LNG 18, is the pre-eminent forum for the global LNG industry and covers all aspects of the LNG chain.
Gas Today looks forward to working with Australian LNG and gas companies to showcase their offerings at this event, which is expected to attract over 5,000 participants from around the world – including delegates, exhibitors, accompanying persons and trade visitors – and over 250 exhibitors from over 60 countries.
“Gas Today is thrilled to be announced as the National Media Partner for this exceptional event. We look forward to working with the LNG and gas industries to showcase the best the Australian industry has to offer the international industry,” Gas Today Editor Sally Commins said.
The four-day program will include plenary sessions, workshops, exhibitions, a stand-alone poster session, technical tours to world-leading LNG facilities, city tours as well as opening and closing ceremonies and receptions.
The event has been hailed as a good opportunity to network with like-minded peers in the industry.
“Nowhere else in the world will the same number, mix and collective expertise of people involved in LNG be together in one place over five consecutive days. The sharing of ideas and information on latest developments, along with opportunities to speak with key players of the industry, offers delegates the chance to enhance their understanding of the booming LNG industry and expand their network. The social program will be spectacular,” LNG 18 Executive Director Barbara Jinks said.
