Trade marks covered under the sale include Petro Coating Systems, PetroGard, PetroCote, SteelGard, StopGard, VoidGard, JointGard, HatchGard, PaveGard, EpoxyGard ST, MarineGard and FlashGard. Petro Coating Systems said it will adopt a business as usual approach following the deal. The former Petro Coating Systems will now be known as Crest Coatings (Australia). Crest Coatings will continue to sell and market its pipeline range of anti-corrosion products provided by the Seal for Life and Deepwater range of I-Rod/Nu Bolt products. Additionally, Crest will remain in the Protective Film business along with distribution of the Cormix range of Construction Chemicals, Concrete Repair and Cementitious and Epoxy Grouts.
