Held at the Parmelia Hilton in Perth, guests were entertained by Woodside Subsea and Pipelines Division Quality Assurance Manager Mike Cavanagh’s light hearted look at what can often be the minefield of customer service management. With more than 35 years of oil and gas industry experience, Mike’s presentation offered thought-provoking and at times comical insights, as he spoke to attendees about fostering a point of difference in dealing with customers and the importance of having a sound understanding of the customer’s needs.
