Using the Connectors functionality enables users to connect to external data sources and exchange information between corporate systems. This means records can be stored and updated between systems at a defined frequency. Data can also be exported to user defined formats including GIS.
Enhanced Reporting is also configurable within X-Info Connect, enabling users to format and display the data stored in a connection as a saved report, which can be generated to print or exported in pdf file format at any time. The reports can also be scheduled to be emailed to one or more email addresses on a regular basis.
