QGC

QGC – a BG Group business – is a leading Australian CSG explorer and producer focused on meeting growing domestic and international demand for cleaner hydrocarbon energy.

QGC is establishing one of Australia’s largest capital infrastructure projects to turn its world-class reserves of CSG into LNG.

QCLNG, a priority project for QGC, involves expanding the company’s exploration and development in southern and central Queensland and transporting gas via a 380 km buried pipeline to Curtis Island near Gladstone, where it will be liquefied.

QGC operates the gas-fired Condamine Power Station, the world’s first combined-cycle power station to run entirely on CSG.
