Mr Sheehy originally joined Tallgrass Energy at its inception in 2012 and has held a number of roles in that time, including President of Rockies Express Pipeline LLC and Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Tallgrass Energy.
Since leaving Tallgrass in early 2018, Mr Sheehy has been the chair of a leading aerial firefighting and Blackstone portfolio company, Bridger Aerospace Group.
Mr Sheehy will focus on the company’s commercial and business development efforts and will report to Tallgrass CEO William Moler, who says he is delighted to welcome Mr Sheehy back to the Tallgrass family.
“[Mr Sheehy’s] in-depth knowledge of the midstream sector and his impressive ability to identify and commercialise energy infrastructure projects will once again add value to Tallgrass,” said Mr Moler.

Mr Sheehy added that he is thrilled to be returning to the company during its next chapter of growth.
