PRCI elects new chairman and executive committee

Art Meyer has been a PRCI Board member for four years, serving the last two as vice-chairman and as a member of the executive committee. He is a member of the Enbridge Corporate Leadership Team, and oversees engineering, procurement and construction for the company’s $9-billion portfolio of liquids pipelines projects. In addition, he serves on the Boards of the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association and the International Pipeline Conference Foundation, and is a past president of the Alberta Chamber of Resources. He was also chairman of the 6th (last year’s) biannual International Pipeline Conference.

The PRCI’s nine-member executive committee is now made up of:

Arthur D. Meyer, Enbridge Pipelines

Peter J. Roberts, National Grid

Lee M. Stewart, Southern California Gas Co

T. Scott Collier, Columbia Gas Transmission

Eric A. Gustafson, Buckeye Partners

Craig M. Linn, Williams Gas Pipeline

Paul F. MacGregor, TransCanada PipeLines

Jeffrey B. Schulze, Spectra Energy Transmission

Jeffrey A. Wenzell, Explorer Pipeline Co

PRCI President George Tenley, in noting that the strength of PRCI lies in the voluntary contributions of its 53 members, said “Nothing is more important to the success of PRCI than the commitment the members of the executive leadership team make to the achievement of our mission. I am pleased and honoured to be working with the high calibre of industry leadership exemplified by PRCI’s Board and its executive committee.”
