One order is from Abu Dhabi Gas Industries for its Habshan – Ruwais – Shuweihat Gas Pipeline Project. Valued at approximately $US189 million, the contract involves engineering, procurement, construction and installation (EPCI) of a 123 km, 48 and 52 inch diameter pipeline. Larsen & Toubro (L&T) will also be responsible for commissioning the pipeline in 24-26 months.
L&T Hydrocarbon’s Upstream Business Group has been awarded a $US450 million EPCI project by ADNOC subsidiary ADMA-OPCO for the early production project Phase 1 of the Nasr and Umm Lulu oil field development projects. The scope of works includes four wellhead towers and a manifold tower platform, connecting bridges and associated subsea pipelines.
L&T has also been awarded a $US250 million contract by PTT Public Company subsidiary PTTEP International for its Zawtika Development Project, Phase-1A. In addition to three wellhead topsides and three jackets, the project includes 21 km of 18 inch diameter subsea gas pipelines. The project facilities are part of an overall field development, and will be integrated with other platform facilities in the field.
