Mr O’Brien will support the company’s success in the North American market and will be based in Houston, Texas, where new Halfwave offices and a workshop facility are now in operation.
His extensive experience in the inline inspection industry will be a valuable asset in the new role, and Halfwave said it is pleased to have Mr O’Brien heading up the growing market.
In his new role, Mr O’Brien is already getting involved with his industry colleagues, attending the Pipeline Pigging and Integrity Management Conference in Houston this month, where Halfwave’s Acoustic Resonance Technology, or ART Scan, was exhibited.
