GSPL wins two pipeline construction contracts

The consortium, which also includes Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL), has said that it expects commissioning of the 1,600 km Mallavaram – Bhilwara Pipeline and the 1,670 km Mehsana – Bhatinda Pipeline to occur within 36-42 months.

The pipelines are expected to cost $US1.3 billion each.

GSPL holds a 52 per cent interest in the consortium, IOC has a 26 per cent stake, and HPCL and BPCL each hold an interest of 11 per cent.
