The feasibility study will be conducted primarily by Arcan, which will have a roughly 65% participation, Arcan president NÌ©stor Goytia said. The contract was awarded to the consortium for roughly $196,000, Mr Goytia confirmed, adding that ProInversiÌ_n had stipulated a maximum of $200,000 in the bidding rules. The bid process for the feasibility study was launched on 22 January, and ProInversiÌ_n received bids on 8 March; Arcan was informed of ProInversiÌ_n’s decision at the beginning of April, Goytia said.
