The 1,127 km pipeline will transport NGLs from West Texas to fractionation and storage facilities along the Texas Gulf Coast.
The proposed Sandhills Pipeline will provide increased transportation capacity for up to 130,000 bbl/d of NGLs, produced in Texas’ Avalon and Eagle Ford shales.
The company expects the pipeline to enter service in 2013.
