The Cline Shale Pipeline system will transport crude oil from Irion, Sterling, Coke, Tom Green, and Mitchell counties in West Texas to Centurion’s existing Colorado City station in Scurry County, Texas.
The system is supported by long-term commitments received during Centurion’s recent successful open season.
Originating near Barnhart, Texas, the pipeline will be capable of transporting approximately 75,000 bbl/d of crude oil to the Colorado City station where there will be a new interconnection to the proposed BridgeTex Pipeline, which is expected to provide access to the Texas Gulf Coast by July, 2014.
The approximately 160 km pipeline will include several origination stations designed to receive crude oil via truck and pipeline.
The system is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2014.
