The conference will feature presentations from industry leading speakers, including Geomorphic Solutions’ Dr Jeff Barry, who will discuss the traditional approaches, tools and methods available to pipeline operators to better understand pipeline burial depth and MH Consulting’s Dr Morgan Henrie, who will present on enhancing pipeline spill risk analysis through the use of Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration spill data analysis results.
The Control Room Forum will offer a strong focus on the issue of worker fatigue, with presentations on analysing shift schedule to determine controller fatigue, operator alertness changes over a 12-hour shift, and the modernisation of workforce scheduling to manage employee fatigue.
