GLNG passes the halfway mark, pipeline progressing well

In an investor visit presentation, Santos outlined its progress on the project’s upstream component, its gas transmission pipeline, and its LNG plant and port component.

The project is on target to drill more than 200 wells in 2013, with more than 300 well locations landholder approved and available for drilling. Santos aims to drill 250-300 wells per annum in 2014-15, and to maintain a drilling rate of approximately 300 wells per annum post-2015. Construction of the upstream hub is also well underway.
