This is a permanent, full time position based out of the Jandakot facility.
As part of AGIG’s Planning and Supply team, the Mid-Term Planner is responsible for ensuring planning of all maintenance activities through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), MAXIMO.
The Mid Term Planner’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining preventative maintenance, job plans and supporting records within the CMMS system to support the asset management plan and associated prescriptions
- Generating preventative maintenance work orders ensuring all field maintenance and associated activities are conducted
- Prioritising and managing statutory or safety critical tasks to ensure compliance to prescription
- Performing work order checks and refinement activity as per rolling work plan processes
- Maintaining transmission activity and pipeline operations data
- Processing work requests and ensuring all field maintenance and associated activities are conducted with sufficient scope information to support field execution
- Closely liaise with the key stakeholders to ensure a timely delivery of service is provided
The position ensures compliance to the asset management plan and associated prescriptions.
