Scope of work
Fabrication of the following items:
- Pig launcher, pig receiver both diverless;
- 26 off ZRBs (zero radius bend – buckle initiators) ~60 to 80Te each;
- 2 off In-line PLETs (pipeline end termination);
- 2 off pipeline hold back anchor collars;
- 4 off 1.32m diameter x 15m long piles and associated mudmats;
- 4 off 1.32m diameter x 30m piles and associated mudmats; and,
- Span rectification.
Transport and installation of the following:
- 35.5 km of 16″ 316L CRA (corrosion resistant alloy) CLAD pipeline with4 ILTs (in-line tees);
- 26 off ZRBs ~ 60 to 80Te each;
- 2 off In-line PLETs;
- 2 off pipeline hold back anchor collars; and,
- 8 off piles using subsea and mudmats.
Pre-lay and post-lay surveys; and pre-lay and post-lay span rectification
Flood, gauge and hydro test pipeline
The broader Greater Western Flank area consists of 16 fields located to the south-west of the Goodwyn A platform, and are estimated to contain gross 2P reserves of 3.1 Tcf of dry gas and 99 MMbbl of condensate.
The North West Shelf (NWS) Project is owned by the NWS Joint Venture, comprising BHP Billiton Petroleum (North West Shelf), BP Developments Australia, Chevron Australia, Japan Australia LNG (MIMI), Shell Development (Australia) and Woodside Energy.
