OSD Pipelines and PROCOM have successfully completed a number of projects, and this alliance formalises the ongoing relationship between the two engineering firms. The agreement brings together over 100 Brisbane-based engineers ensuring the necessary resources and capabilities to undertake large work scopes covering project work including conceptual studies, front-end engineering design (FEED), detailed design, project handover and commissioning.
After a recent merger with GWB Plant, OSD Pipelines has also expanded its engineering capabilities to provide comprehensive project services in the field of pipelines and plant from concept and design through to commissioning.
“This agreement with PROCOM will enable both companies to combine our well-known capabilities to provide the Queensland and broader markets with complete solutions for all oil and gas projects, from concept selection, FEED studies through to commissioning operations support,” said OSD Pipelines Queensland General Manager Martin Axelby.
PROCOM provides plant design (new and brownfield), risk management services, commissioning, process modelling, operations troubleshooting/field support and shutdown support/management. This alliance does not affect PROCOM’s normal business.
