End of FEED in sight for Arrow Bowen Pipeline

An Arrow spokesperson told The Australian Pipeliner that the FEED phase is still underway and remains scheduled for completion by the end of the year.

The Arrow Bowen Pipeline entered FEED in December 2014 with the FEED contract awarded to WorleyParsons.

The FEED phase has so far seen the length of the pipeline shortened from 600 km to 430 km in response to landholder requirements, cultural heritage, engineering and environmental constraints, and government feedback.

The pipeline will involve the construction of a buried high-pressure steel pipeline to transport CSG from the Bowen Basin to a gas hub 22 km north-west of Gladstone.
