Susan Jaques, of Sage Consulting Solutions Pty Ltd, is an independent advisor in the areas of risk, quality and competency in the infrastructure industry.

Susan provides training and facilitated learning opportunities for project engineers, quality managers and users of the AS2885 Standard. She also facilitates risk workshops, and lessons learnt and other collaborative discussions, and she guides companies in quality management towards achieving minimal effective documentation.
