Project Consultancy Services provides strategic advice, commercial project management and contract negotiation support to governments and companies across Australia.

Gas Trading Australia (gasTrading) manages the energy supply contracts for 30 sites (approximately 350 TJ of gas per day) in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Queensland and operates the gasTrading Spot Market. The gasTrading Spot Market has operated in Western Australia for 10 years and will soon operate in Queensland and the Northern Territory. GasTrading also provides a range of bespoke gas transport and supply services.

Agora Gas buys and sells gas under fixed-term contracts and currently underwrites the liquidity of the gasTrading Spot Market. Agora Retail operates a retail gas business on the gas distribution network in Western Australia and holds a Victorian retail licence. It is looking to expand its east coast retail operations.
