• BODY:

"Gorski Premium" Body up to 36m3 approx.
9.600m long x 1.800m high approx Slanted front.
- Body Dimensions subject to final engineering design and approval.

- 8mm QT450 HARDOX® Floor sheet full body length.
- 6mm QT450 HARDOX® front sheet shaped to suit, fitted with sections pressed from 8mm Strenx 700 grade material to enable external hoist mounting.
- Shovel rack fitted and ergonomic steps fitted to front of body.
Top of sheet reinforced w/ pressed channel section from StrenX 700 Grade material.
- 5mm QT450 HARDOX® side sheets with internal pressed sides on connection to floor, front sheet butted direct to side walls.
- Side wall pressed into part channel section at top for fitment of 100 x 100 x 9mm RHS to form top rail. Sidewall vertical supports fitted using 100mm x 100mm x 6mm RHS reinforced at top and bottom, 2x vertical supports fitted per side equal spacing.
- 5mm QT450 HARDOX®  Tailgate with 50mm 1-way DEMO Swing kit, manual operation, lever handle, with pnuematic controlled single locking finger for assisting with door mechanism with 3 catch points and ratchet to manually lock securely.
- Rear corner post formed into a channel style shape fabricated from 10mm StrenX 700 grade material, connection to the rear channel is via a 10mm Doubler plate which travels from the lower edge of the tailgate channel up the side wall for approx 800mm to reinforce the rear posts.
- Spreader Chains connected to tailgate

Included:
- "Gorski Premium" Fabricated Heavy Duty Main bearer 230 MM PFC.
- "Gorski Custom" splash guard fitted to axle area only formed from 3mm Mild steel sheet.
- Angle welded to top of side walls and tail door to limit product forming on top surfaces.
- 175mm Spray Suppressant full length of body

Gorski Premium fabricated 12mm Skidplate and 50mm Demountable Kingpin Quick Release fittings to match truck; male duomatic air couplings, 7 pin electric plug and 20mm hydraulic coupling

Jost A400 2 Speed Landing Legs comes with internal gear box (and 5 year warranty)

Hidromas 5 Stage telescopic hoist w/ chrome plated stages, 60T approx

• PAINT:

Body ("Gorski" white) and Chassis Rails (Black) sandblasted and finished using hi-grade industrial paint (2 Pac).  Side/Rear Gorski decals also included, as well as regulation Rear Marker Plates and safety stickers.
***Please note: to match colour to your truck cabin in a specific white may incur an additional fee.  It is also important to mention that we do not paint inside the tipper body.

Razor electric remote control tarp kit, Black PVC
**Please note: The premium amperage for supply from vehicle to your Razor Tarp Motor is 5 Amps. If your prime mover is unable to supply this amperage you may need your auto elec for further works after delivery.

• REGISTRATION:

We can only register your new trailer within our own state Victoria.  Please notify us if you would like to add Victorian Registration and Stamp Duty.  If you are living interstate, we can arrange a Permit to Travel to assist in getting your new trailer back to your home state.
