Valve Tech’s capabilities include valve repair, testing and re-engineering, valve modifications, trim upgrades and modifications per API602/NACE MR075 standards, dedicated welding procedures and qualification, bypass/drain/double block and bleed, actuator sizing/installation, valve design and manufacture, full NDT, and full in-house CAD design.

Services include gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves (soft and mental seated design), pressure safety and relief valves, butterfly valves, control valves, lubricated plug valves, pressure reducing valves, parallel slide valves, high pressure stop/desuperheating valves, steam generator blowdown valves and boiler feed pump valves.

Valve Tech are approved suppliers to companies such as ExxonMobil, Royal Dutch Shell and BHP Billiton, as well as the Australian Defence Industry. Other clients include Qenos, Dow Chemical, BOC Gases, Australian Paper, Snowy Mountain Hydro Authority, Mackay Sugar Group and Western Mining.
