Hastings Funds Management Ltd has advised that the expansion of the South West Queensland Pipeline, known as QSN 3, is now complete.
First gas on the expansion of the South West Queensland Pipeline (SWQP) was contracted to commence on 1 January 2012.
The SWQP expansion loops the existing 937 km SWQP by building an adjacent pipeline, thereby increasing capacity on the SWQP from 181 TJ/d to approximately 385 TJ/d.
The SWQP links Queensland’s CSG fields with the QSN Link Pipeline, which connects into the Moomba to Sydney pipeline system and the Moomba to Adelaide Pipeline.
