The project involves the construction of a 420 km pipeline, which will transport coal seam gas (CSG) from existing and future fields in the Roma, Fairview and Arcadia Valley areas to a proposed LNG plant on Curtis Island.

The pipeline will transport gas as part of the GLNG Project, a joint venture between Santos, Petronas, Total and KOGAS.

Wood Group Wagners will provide more than 40 personnel to the project management team to manage, monitor and supervise the performance of the contract.

The company said the team would include senior engineering and design, site construction, human resources and general administration personnel.
