New office in the pipeline for OSD Energy Services

OSD Energy Services has pleasure in announcing the appointment of Keith Horstmann as General Manager, Western Australia. OSD has recently opened a permanent office in Perth in response to the ever-increasing demand for pipeline consulting services in Western Australia.
Keith has 23 years experience in the resources development business, most of which has involved pipelines or oil & gas facilities. Within Western Australia, Keith has had direct involvement with the construction and/or operation of; the Dampier to Bunbury Natural Gas Pipeline, Goldfields Gas Pipeline, Pilbara Energy Pipeline, Mid West Pipeline, Telfer Gas Pipeline and numerous smaller laterals, compressor stations and other facilities.

As well as project responsibilities Keith has also held a number of senior management roles in the pipeline industry including Australasian Pipelines Manager for Fluor Daniel Williams Brothers, General Manager Oil & Gas for Egis Consulting (previously CMPS&F) and WA Manager for Agility. His most recent role was as the Newcrest Representative for the Telfer Gas Pipeline Project. Keith is an active participant in the industry and is currently a member of the APIA WA Sub-committee.
