MFS Land Access Consultants have achieved the speedy procurement of many thousands of kilometres of land corridors/rights of way through all classes of properties achieving and maintaining the most favourable rapport with land owners along those alignments.
MFS Valuation staff play an integral role in the land access process by providing reliable and realistic Assessments of Compensation payable in account of the proposed land corridors/rights of way.
With in-house conveyancing and paralegal staff, Maloney Field Services has the ability to provide cost effective and efficient management of all documentation required for the provision of tenure. In addition, they have provided experienced negotiators and project managers, during and post-construction, where there are complicated land access issues to be resolved.

In celebration of this momentous occasion, a ‘passing the baton’ lunch was held in Adelaide at the Alphutte restaurant with about 65 guests in attendance. Some notable pipeline industry identities made speeches including Les Maidment, Stephen Timms and Phil Morrell.
Barry says “I’m not retiring, I’m just moving on to do some different things in life, some of which is to help the new owners of the business expand and grow the company that I started some thirty three years ago”. Barry is keeping a close involvement with MFS, and is currently contracted as a consultant to the business for a minimum period of three years.
Dave Maloney commented “With the strong commitment and the new found enthusiasm of all of the MFS staff and shareholders, we can see a very bright future ahead. We intend to pick up and run with the strong client base that we already have in local government and land access for infrastructure.”
The new shareholders of MFS are Dave Maloney, Peter Rayner, Andrea Carolan, Jamahl Waddington, Peta Rowe and David Maidment.
