Gas Services International Australia is part of the GSi group of companies, a division of Wah Seong Corporation Berhad (Wasco). The GSi group is now part of the Wasco Energy Engineering Division and is engaged in the business of designing, engineering and fabricating gas compression and process production equipment for oil and gas upstream and downstream businesses. The company can provide for both onshore and offshore applications, as well as petrochemical and refinery industries.

Strategically located in the Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, Wasco Energy supports the total process needs in the oil and gas industry, and will undertake complete engineering and supply within battery limits of any process equipment plant. This includes conceptual engineering, and combining process and compression engineering, which is the trademark of the Wasco Energy Engineering Division. This also includes technical detailing, as well as the process performance and manufacturing mechanical guarantees.

Currently, Wasco Energy is contracted to customer sites within Australia and Papua New Guinea for the maintenance and servicing of compressors. These compressors are owned by Wasco Energy and maintained on a 24 hours a day, seven days a week roster by fully qualified service technicians.

In addition, Wasco Energy’s Brisbane facility has a fully equipped workshop which supplies parts and services equipment, both onsite and in the workshop, for customers such as Arrow Energy, Chevron, TRUenergy and APA Group.
