Diona is presently constructing a number of projects throughout New South Wales and Queensland. One of which is the Delta Colongra Lateral Pipeline, a 42 inch gas pipeline of heavy wall pipe on the central coast. This is one of few projects of its type in the world and the largest pipe of its type installed in Australia.

Other key works undertaken by Diona include desalination delivery routes for the Gold Coast Desalination Alliance, an 11 km water main installation in Tallebudgera, Queensland and the 26.5km Sydney Primary Loop natural gas main as well as numerous cable installation projects throughout Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

In addition to Diona’s extensive existing portfolio of infrastructure, works recently completed include:

  • Water and sewerage relocations for the Sydney T-way network;
  • A 330 KV underground electrical cable, Picnic Point to Haymarket for Mistu (J-Power)/TransGrid valued at $50 million;
  • The Rouse Hill infrastructure Stage 3A and B Water and Sewer Mains valued at $10 million;
  • A potable water pipeline from Morisset to Warnervale valued at $10 million; and,
  • A Rutherford to Singleton PE gas main installation valued at $3.5 million.

The company has a fully accredited quality, safety and environmental management system, which meets all the requirements of ISO9001, AS4801 and ISO 14001 and is an accredited service provider to AGL, Sydney Water, Telstra, TransGrid, Brisbane Water, Gold Coast Desalination Alliance, Delta Energy, Energy Australia and Energex.
