The P625 is fully digital, with through-the-arc tracking and pulse metal inert gas (MIG) welding capability for better speed and quality.
Human error is taken out of the welding process, with computerised monitoring and control providing high rates of accuracy for the alignment of the torch and bead.
The P625 welder has been designed to allow for software upgrades in the field, where changes in weld parameters can be programmed into the machine either onsite or remotely. Data can be collected from the welder and stored for analysis and reporting. The P625 has been designed with future innovation in mind to accommodate new technology.
President and Chief Operating Officer of CRC Evans Automatic Welding and CRC Evans Pipeline Equipment Group Brian Laing said that the company has delivered a successful product to the market.
