To be held at the Brisbane Sofitel, FutureGAS will showcase the achievements of Australia’s entire natural gas industry and provide delegates the opportunity to explore the latest products and services at the Trade Exhibition and engage in the issues impacting the industry – both now and into the future – across a two-day business program.
What’s in store?
Over two days, the FutureGAS business program will facilitate discussion and debate over a broad range of topics facing the gas industry.

Queensland Minister for Natural Resources, Mines and Energy Hon. Stephen Robertson will officially launch the conference.
Day One’s program provides a focus on current developments including the policy and regulatory setting impacting the industry as well as the commercial outlook in areas such as exploration and production, transmission, distribution, retail, coal seam gas, LNG and generation.
On Day Two the program looks to the future, exploring emerging trends and opportunities in the gas industry from natural gas vehicles, micro-LNG, underground coal gasification, co- and tri-generation, fuel cells, gas cooling and other areas.

The FutureGAS Trade Exhibition allows delegates to meet with suppliers from all areas of the industry to find out about the latest products and services in the gas industry.
