The two-year, $A290 million project was completed in December 2009, combing more than 2,000 km of irrigation channel and approximately 6,000 irrigation assets into one integrated delivery system.

As part of its participation in the project, Comdain constructed a 27 km water pipeline, installed thousands of electronic meters and automated control gates and provided project management services.

The project was funded by the Victorian Department of Sustainability and Environment and was completed on budget and on time.
